I found this little message written on the first page of my journal as an introduction. I forgot that I had written it there. As I re-read it, I thought I would share it with you.

You are hereby promising to enter some random thing into this book MORE than Once a Year. Once a month would be great, but after looking at your past records & seeing the estimated percentages concerning your "Documented Blubbery of My Personal Life" I do not expect you to write something in this book often.
